It is the house blend for dozens of coffee shops across the country.

It is a smooth blend of hand selected specialty grade Arabica beans from South America and Africa.  Our roaster roasts this to 425 degrees Fahrenheit for a perfect cup that stands up well to coffee and cream or is very popular simply black.
